3. Vehicle Sales and Services

3.1 Vehicle Information

All vehicle information, specifications, and pricing displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. All sales are subject to vehicle availability.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include additional costs such as registration, insurance, extended warranties, or optional accessories unless specifically noted.

3.3 Financing

Financing arrangements are subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of the lending institution. ConCarispe acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for financing decisions or terms.

3.4 Trade-ins

Trade-in values are estimates only and subject to physical inspection of the vehicle. Final trade-in value may differ from initial estimates based on vehicle condition and market factors.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

4.1 New Vehicle Warranties

New vehicles are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified by each manufacturer. ConCarispe is not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms or coverage.

4.2 Used Vehicle Warranties

Used vehicles may be sold with limited warranties or "as is" depending on age, mileage, and condition. Warranty terms will be clearly disclosed in the sales agreement.

4.3 Website Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:
